Collagen Skin Care fruit drink
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop (10g) Collagen Skin Care powder
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 200ml rice drink
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.
Green Maca smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Maca powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 scoop hydrolysed collagen powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 200ml rice drink
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.
Curcuma latte drink
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons Curcuma latte
- 1 orange
- half a lemon
- 200ml of water (or rice drink)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in a jug and pour in your favourite glass.
